Most Powerful CLEAR Bass Headset

Is the Denon AHD-2000 still considered the " King of Bass " headsets for under $ 500 ? compared to the Ultrasone 900 ? What else do you like for LOUD Bass Rich Tecno style music ?

No I think Pro900 is still king of that category.

You can get a D5000 for under $500 pretty often, does that count?

The Sony XB-series has more bass than any of those, but it's not as "clear."  In terms of quantity with clarity, I'd say the Pro 900 is the king of mid-bass, the DT-770 the king of sub-bass, and the D2000/D5000 the king of balanced bass.
