Blueant Embrace

Out of curiosity, has anyone tried these headphones?  The company seems to pride itself on offering a 'flat response..'. Opinions/experiences? They're currently around 150 dollars

It's as if Blueant took the design of Monster's headphones and B&W's P5 and combined them..
