Has anyone tried this out yet? I've been using Firebird 0.7 for awhile and finally got everything the way I wanted with various themes and extensions. I'm not sure if it was worth updating to the newest version and going through the hassle of reconfiguring everything.

Just installed it today. No opinion yet as to the functional differences... It doesn't look like it carried over anything, so I had to reinsert my bookmarks and links and stuff... You'd probably need to do the same with your themes...

Feature changes and bug fixed between Firebird 0.7 and Firefox 0.8 are listed here

The release note also talks about what is the best way to upgrade from an old version -- basically you have to disable all the extensions.
