What to upgrade, source amp or headphone?

Hello
My setup has served me very well for years, but I would like to upgrade a component (or maybe two, if it's inexpensive enough) in the chain.
I am currently using
foobar2000 (asio4all) -> Keces PCM2702 Dac (usb) -> Little Dot mk III -> HD650 (stock)

What would be the most cost effective upgrade in this chain? I am looking to spend no more than 300 additional dollars (so maybe up to 400-500 total if I replace a component).

It is my belief that transducers make the most difference in sound quality but I realize HD650 is already is about as good as it gets, without spending considerably more money.

I've entertained the thought of ditching the LD mk iii and HD650 and buying a low-end Stax system, but it seems like it really is not easy to find stax equipment for sale..

Any opinions?

Personally I wasn't impressed with entry level Stax myself, it sounded neutered to my standard system so I sold it (standard system at the time was K601 and X-Head amp).

Honestly I question if you need to upgrade anything, the only thing I'd look at is the amp . . . and that's maybe.
