Hi!

About a  week a ago I started noticing that the left channel volume is lower than the right one. 

Thats really annoys me... I can't listen to music this way. I think the grill is clogged or something like that. Is there a safe method to remove the grill and clean it? The tool that came only works for cleaning around.

I don't want to contact the warranty yet, Im in Brazil, so would have to send it to US and pay for getting it back =(

 

 

Any ideas?
