Emailed customer support, hope they can sort things out tomorrow morning...

I'll most definitely post my impressions on the headphones when I get them - but I'm currently very underwhelmed by their order process :P

edit: I called their customer support number - apparently it goes right to one of their cell phone's or something.  Some lady bitched me out it being midnight, and customer service not being open until 9 in the morning lol.  Most customer service numbers just redirect to an answering machine past hours, didn't expect a grumpy person up way past bedtime!

LOL haha. Yeah it's a relatively new audiophile company, probably doesn't have all its kinks ironed out yet. Do hope your order troubles sort themselves out though. The only troubles that others ordering from their site has been failing to make an account because they typed St instead of Street in "address" but no one complained about botched orders. Strange.

heh, customer service had to shoot off an email to their web guy, who lives in china, so I won't know if it's fixed until monday...

finally got the order to go through correctly.  Now I just have to hope that they don't decide to actually complete the half-dozen charges that my card is showing... They probably won't though, seeing as the charges weren't showing up on their end.

Haha, oh god. Sounds like a fantastic idea on their part! They must not like the lady that had to answer the phone if they couldn't redirect it to an answering machine, LOL

I hope everything goes swell for you. As for your impressions, I'm very interested in hearing them later on.

The first time I called, it went to answering machine after a few rings, but when I called a second time (hung up accidentally) she answered, quite annoyed at being woken up lol

ALSO: what was causing my inability to order earlier was that for some reason, their address form is unable to correctly interpret 2 line addresses, and instead combines the first and second lines multiple times and ended up with something like this:  "Uber University 123 fun street 123 fun street University fun street Uber" instead of "Uber University, 123 fun street"

I usually have it formatted with my university on the first line, and the actual address on the second.  First time I've come across something like that.

LOL, they need to have a coder take a look at that form. :D

I can imagine her being annoyed. Damn, if someone is to call me at midnight, they better have something important to say.. LOL

Hey, it was only 9:00 for me :P  Sort of odd to have a support line be a home or cellphone though...

LOL yeah that's true. But they are a small up and coming company, so soon they can afford a good answering machine. wink.gif

Now it's all just a waiting game ha ha. I'm hoping to receive mine before the last week of Jan.
