What IEMs to buy with a $200 price limit?

Hi, I'm looking to replace my Monster Turbines (lost them).  I'm by no means an audiophile but I can tell the difference between terrible, decent, and great.  I tried going back to stock earphones but I couldn't listen past 10 seconds because they sounded so bad.

So now I'm looking to get a new pair of IEMs. Preferably nothing past $200 but if it's really great than I wouldn't mind stretching the budget.

I've been looking at the Westone 1s, Westone UM1s, Shure SE215s, Ultimate Ears Triple.Fi 10 (on sale on Amazon for 160 something, don't know how long though) and the Panasonic RP-HJE900s (although I'm having trouble finding ones in my price range).

I prefer something warmer and more lively sounding.

I'd also like these to last long, so I would pay more for durability.  I've heard mixed reviews of the Westone 1s and Westone UM1s durability, some saying they die every month and some saying they last for years.  I'm probably only going to buy 1 IEM until it breaks/I lose them (poor student) so I'd like them to last a long ti me.

I'm sure there are many many great IEMs for me to buy so feel free to recommend any.

Well, if I wanted something not very expensive, and over all good quality sound, I would go for the grados sr80i(99USD) or something like the sony xb700(130USD depending on the place). It usually all depends on the music taste I found the xb700 to have a very deep and cool bass, the grados are more balanced, good luck on finding a good pair.

What genre of music do you listen to normally?  The HiFiMan RE-262 are great IEMs and are on sale for $150.  Lively, warm, and musical.

Rock or Alternative Rock mostly.  Some pop but not that much.

Triple.Fi may be of interest to you then.

Might want to look into the JVC FXT90.

Then I'd say Panas HJE-900 is you can find them cheap (100-110$) or Yamaha EPH-100 if you can go up to 140-150$.

For alternative / progressive rock, they really shine, guitars an drums will come out strong and clear!

The recently announced (CES 2012) Audiofly AF78 have a dynamic drive and a balanced armature... seems good!! Will retail for $200 I think.
