Zik by Starck headphones - Great headphones or just a cool gadget?

Hi, I just saw these when checking my CES coverage this morning, and I was wondering what everyone thought about them.

 

They have a touch panel on the ear cup for controls, as well as wired/bluetooth connections. Here is a video of them.

 

What are your thoughts?

Looks like its full of useless (at least to me...) features that just jack up the price.

 

Typically fashion headphones as far as I can tell...
