IEM's for £140/$215 (Indie, alternative,(indie, electric, folk, little pop and alternative)

So i need a pair of IEM's for listening to on the go with my ipod classic. At first i was looking at the etymotic research hf5 but i heard that the bass is really lacking and i listen to a fair amount of electric music of varying sub-genres so i need some decent bass. however since i listen to alot of indie, folk acoustic stuff i need really good clarity as well. Is it true that the base is really bad or would they be ok? I Am also considering the phonak audeo 112 which i have heard really good things about however they have a independence of 32 Ohm  and i don't really want to be carrying around a headphone amp with me. Would they still be okay or would they be too quiet?

Anyway the main reason for this thread is to get some suggestions on earphones that fit my needs in my price range. Thanks in advance

For my experience when i first started looking for iems, i can tell assume you will be kind of disappointed if you are used to the consumer oriented sound you find from earphones around the shops.

Now i slowly dont mind that much about the quantity of bass anymore. Considering these observations i had over the last 2 years i would recommend a more balanced  iem.

For example the Visonic gr07 or the JVC FXT90. Phonak audeo are also quite balanced i think the 32ohm impedance they have its fine.
