Hi,

 

I am currently looking to purchase a new pocket DAB radio as an upgrade from an older PURE 1500 model. My papa has complained at poor/loss of signal and poor battery life (mainly due to over use)

 

Reading reviews of PURE's newer model the "MOVE 2500" it appears i am more than likely going to purchase this model as a succesor... unless anyone has a better suggestion???

 

However this got me on to thinking, most if not all Pocket DAB's use the headphone cable (ground wire i think) as the antenna for the device...

 

Thus does anyone have any input/advice on types of headphones/earphones that might be worth purchasing to use with pocket DAB's..

 

From past experience when using anything other than the pre-supplied earphones with the device signal/sound quality has reduced.

 

All advice and any help would be appreciated
