IC: Fostex T50RP (awesomely modded) SOLD

 

Looking for any interest in my nicely modded T50RP's. It took me many hours of pain staking testing to get them this far, so please look after them if you buy them.

Looking for a good home.

 

One thing with them is that the head band has been cut at, so I could use the Head Tracking with them on the A8 Realiser. Also there is a slight mark on the front of one of the pads, so many mods was bound to get scuffed.

 

They do sound absolutely amazing for the price, hard to beat.

 

Reasons for selling: Need Open headphones on the A8 Realiser.

 

Mods:

 

Elastic Headband

Recable with 1/4 connector

Response (Dynamat/Paxmate combined)

Cotton in the cups

Microfibre material on the ear side cups

Response risers in the back of the pads

SRH-840 pads

Incredible phones, the headband takes away nothing from the value when you consider the purpose.

Lol, ur the second person to ask that, I might change the listing a bit.

 

No I am selling them to fund an open set of HP's.

 

Taking reasonable offers

 

cost price was $150 for the headphones and parts (plus my modding time :)
