 Still a rip snorting can for the money though 

 Thought about the Koss Portapro? It might not meet your isolation needs but if sound quality

 takes precedence against everything else, surely these must make your list.

 Remember the golden rule ~ save more now, spend a little bit more later ~ reap the rewards.
