I need some outdoor and indoor speakers. One's that are loud and u seen used in ceremonies, announcements. Whatever. I have been checking some out and the Behringer seem nice

why would the first one have less watt's and be more expensive than the second? Better sound reproduction? Higher seried model? Better fequency responce? more plugs? ETC?

Any other companies you would like to add to the list? or suggest.

Mackie. Unfortunately they've held their value better than those Behringers, so they're pretty expensive. I had a pair of SRM 450s that I used for indoor and outdoor events when I was DJing and they were absolutely amazing. The 350s are great, too.

I've just had a bad taste left in my mouth by Behringer due to a bad mixer from them.

EDIT: The 12A is $300 a pop and I've heard good things. Unfortunately I haven't actually heard them, but I'd try to give Mackies a listen if you can demo them. I know Guitar Center carries Behringer and Mackie loudspeakers.

One's active: it has a built in amp. The other's passive and needs an external amplifier.
