Shure SE215 or Head-direct RE0 with a Cowon J3?

I am seeking advice on my first IEMs for ~$100. They will be used with a Cowon J3 and no amp. I'm looking at the Head-direct RE0 and the Shure SE215, but would consider something else. I prefer clear and detailed phones that will work well for a variety of genres.They will be used for commuting, at school, and possibly working out.

 

What I'd like to hear most is if anyone has thoughts on either the RE0 and/or the SE215 being good matches for the J3. Thanks.

I'd say Re0, but SE215 is a good choice as well..
