Help with Foobar2000 not playing album in the order I have set them in.

I dont really know where else to put this so I just put it where I thought that it would fit the best.  

 

On to the problem though.  My foobar2000 will play all of my albums in whatever order it decides is best despite how I order them in the playlist.  All of the songs in the albums play in order just fine, I just dont know why it wont play the albums in the order that I have put them in.  

 

Anyone know how to fix this?   It just started doing it today and I dont know why.

 

 

I have tried emptying my music folder and then loading foobar, putting everything back in and loading it up again but that did not fix the problem so I am at a loss for what to do.

Sounds to me like you have the play settings configured to "album shuffle".  Should be relatively easy to check and adjust via the drop down menu's at the top of the main pane.

That may have been the case!  I was tired when I was trying to fix it last night so perhaps I overlooked that bit.  I reinstalled foobar just to get everything working without having to wait too long so now we will never know what was wrong lol.

My kids are always doing things to my foobar settings, this one had me puzzled one night after a pub visit. Needless to say a sober mind found the issue :D
