Which headphone is better? V-Moda Crossfade LP2 or Ultrasone HFI-780?

I am looking to buy a new pair of over the ear headphones with noise isolation. I have pretty much narrowed it down to the V-Moda Crossfade LP2 and the Ultrasone HFI-780. I am not very knowledgable in the audio field and regret to tell everyone that I was seriously considering buying a pair of Beats Studios.

I have learned over the past day that the Beats are incredibly overpriced and do not offer very good sound compared to other brands out there. I have pretty much narrowed it down to the 2 headphones states above because I like the style and from all the research I have done throughout the day, these headphones seem to provide good sound for what I am looking for.

I usually listen to hip hop (about 80% of my music) and I do enjoy good bass but I also do not want the bass to be overpowering. If anyone could help me decide between the LP2's and the 780's I would greatly appreciate it!!!!

Or possibly even the Audio-Technica ATH-M50, which I have heard good things about...

If you want a lot of bass, M50 isn't the way to go.
