Help understanding rating on two amps I am looking at!!!

OK - Woo Audio WA6 is rated at 550 mW@ 60 ohms.

 

The other amp I am looking at is rated at: 64 ohms 3.6V 56mA

 

I am trying to figure out when powering LCD-2's, will the second amp have approximately the same power output as the WA6, which I am familiar with?

Here is the link to the specs on amp 'B'.  I just noticed is said output is 200 milliwatts per channel.  Would that change with load?  I don't want to consider an amp that has less output than the WA6.  Thanks!
