Not entirely sure, I lost half my library and the ASG-1's killed half of my remaining library (without EQ that is) so any suggestions would be appreciated

1) Drink a glass of milk.. it makes you stronger..

2) Hold the otterbox upside down (clip facing away from you) // position the box in your hand like a video game controller.

3) With your thumbs, push the clip away from you (not downward)

4) open sesame.

Now listening to it.

I'm very impressed by the detailing and instruments placing, but the shouty mids are very weird to me. The bass is very impressive in my opinion.

Some of the snares in "Billie Jean" sound very weird to me though.

Well, EQ, here we go...

So who wants to start the ASG-1 Box Opening Time thread? rolleyes.gif

We could see who gets it done the fastest.
If i was a betting man, I'd say it would be Matt Le Blanc.

Same. If that! Are the people having trouble missing thumbs or something? ;)

My replacement pair arrived yesterday, free from driver flex and fitted with filters. Have had about 5 hours listening. Will post initial impressions in a few days.

I don't have the ASG-1 any more, but I have to say, anyone who plans on buying them should definitely go through Springtree: Matt has been nothing short of the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with over the internet, maybe in real life too tongue.gif They are great about fast shipping: I ordered a cable from UE a couple of weeks ago, and a cable from Springtree about a week later, and the cable from Springtree got to me before the UE. Buying from smaller businesses > buying from big corporations every time.

You should really have acted much more arrogant and superior in that video! That would've been hilarious. Maybe even throw some tough talk in there for all the people that cannot open an otterbox tongue.gif

Is the blank face not enough to say it's really that simple? :p  Maybe I should have put some words, nunchucks, and other weapons in the back with a martial art's robe in the background :p
