Buying from MP4nation?

Hello I was going to get the E17 from amazon so that in case something happens, i can return easily or something. So tell me, how is mp4nation? Reputable? RMA easy? Paid RMA(do i pay for shipping it up)?

 

I changed my mind after they included a Brainwavz beta as a free gift >_<

 

There are many horror stories with this site >_<

I bought the HM5s from them and had no problems. They sent order and shipping confirmation emails with tracking in just as timely a manner as Amazon does. At my doorstep in about a week. Of course, some other people who ordered them around the same time are still waiting for theirs, so I guess the speed is hit and miss.
