i really was eager to see their true potential, when i first try them they sounded GLORIOUS but i got greedy, so i attempted to burn them in. first i played my music at a slightly higher listening volume for about 4 hours, then i did pink noise for about 10 hours, at a slightly higher than listening volume (im not sure tho, cause i usually don't listen to static for fun), and now when i play them they sound terrible!? do i need to burn them in some more? or did i mess them up by unknowingly adjusting the pink noise volume too high, please help, i dont like the sound! everything sounds so unclear and muddy!

thanks for any help in advance

I suggest burning them in for a longer time period with music that you generally listen to. I just put itunes on shuffle for the day, then let my headphones rest for the night. I do this at regular listening volume.

Also, you might try turning off any eq that you might be using because these headphones will sound their best with no eq on, or on flat.

From my experience, there is no way you could've harmed your headphones from they way you've burned them in.
