Hello Head-Fiers!

 

I recently lost my pair of Klipsch S4's and I have been searching for a sub 50 dollar IEM to replace them. I have narrowed the choices down to, the Monster Turbine (Refurbished), the MEElectronics CW31, the MEElectronics A151,  the Dunu Trident, the Soundmagic E10, and the Brainwavz M1. I listen to a wide variety of music, but am mainly looking for more of a bass oriented but not overpowering IEM. I am open to suggestions!

Haven't heard the others, but the turbines match pretty closely to what you're looking for.

I was leaning toward the Monster Turbines but the issues surrounding build quality somewhat pushed me away. Can anyone put in a good word about the build? Especially since I was looking to buy Refurb from the Monster Outlet.

I have a pair...I think they're solid.  The body is made of metal so they feel very well built.  The biggest issue with them is their strain relief is pretty poor  so I suspect the cables will eventually fail but I wouldn't personally let that stop you.  At the refurb price they're a great deal.
