Recabling IEMs

would it be possible to recable the thermaltake isurus with the cable from http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826735006

i dislike the cable on the Isurus very much as the left ear is much shorter then the right ear, and the mic is not necessary for me. 

If this is not possible/practical please suggest alternatives.
