Neutral or slightly bright DAC for ~$200?

I currently have no real DAC to use so I need something ~$200.  I prefer that is it not usb input as I already have a SPDIF/USB converter.  I want something as close to neutral or leaning towards bright.  But if it must be every so slightly warm and is technically better than other choices then so be it.  Preferably something easy to get a hold of and easy to sell.  Please recommend as I have no clue what to get at this price range.
