Need help deciding on Best Buy under 100$ headphones. - Page 2

wont vouch for the 428's because you can get better for the price, but you can price match them with another company for ~30 dollars off. I got mine for 80 flat.

and suggested the 25's because they are the only ones that are WORTH they're actual price being sold. (also, if you can get the shure se215's for sale for 70 they're apparently good for that price too from what i've read)

Ah forget it, I know I'll probably just end up going to just use my V6 primarily again, I think I'll just narrow my selection down to ZX500 and HD428, they're not as well rounded as my V6s so they'll actually have a reason for me to use em more while the other headphones either just suck, are too similar to my V6s sound signature (yet with lower quality?!), try too hard ot be all-rounders and fail, have monster-sized uncoiled chords, and a myriad of other things.

Edit: Woaah scratch that. Just the ZX500s actually. 32 Ohms on the 428s? I got an amp, but wont be using it ALL the time. 10ft long chord non coiled?  Sweet cheesus... The ZX500s it is xD Looks like I managed to answer my own questions after a crapton of searching -.- Was hard though. :( Coulda used some help you guys!! ;) Just kiddin' another happy Sony customer I am!

lmao I was going to recommend the zx500 to you. I heard the higher version "zx700" were better than the v6 for bass and mid. Not sure if you bought it already but I highly recommend the zx700 if its there. The zx500 has great mid and highs and ok bass. Very clear and bright headphones however very uncomfortable. I heard the zx700 is 10x better than the zx500 for comfort. Just letting you know. Worth the extra $20.
