Coaxial Digital Cable - what to get?

Sorry for this thread, might be a bit simple but I can't really find a straight answer. I'm looking for a digital coaxial cable - not sure if that's the right name for the item.

I'm about to order something from newegg so if that works I may just pick it up if it's good. Should I look for something else? If at all possible, I'm looking for something good and cheap. If it looks decent that's better too.
