WA6 or Solo Ultra Linear for upgrade from SOLO SRG II [ Pair with HD800 ]

Hi guys :)

 

want to have some advice from you 

 

I currently run my HD800 with HDP through SOLO SRG II

 

( Macbook Pro-> Optical -> HDP -> SOLO -> HD800 )

 

And want to upgrade to a better amp 

 

I have locked down to 2 options

 

A. SOLO Ultra Linear w/ PSU1

 

B. WA6 

 

Could you guys give me some advice? 

 

is it worth the upgrade?

WA6, haven't heard the combo together but have heard either item separate. Both a pleasure to listen and most people say go tube with the HD800.

There are people on the Graham Slee boards that have paired the HD800 with the Solo UL. If your interested in their impressions I would look there.

Go Sophia tubes, that's the way I heard them and most people swear by them. I've never heard the stock.
