AKG Q701 purchased. DAC/Amp combo recommendations for use with iMac?

Hi everybody,

 

I just bought myself a pair of AKG Q701 that I will receive in a couple of days. Now I need a good DAC and amplifier or a combo for computer use. Which one would you recommend? I currently own a FiiO e10 DAC and a FiiO e11 portable amp. Will they do the job or should I look for something else? I've also read some good things about HRT Headstreamer which is a DAC/Amp combo. 

 

Appreciate all feedback...

Burson HA-160 with the DAC section. I think it's called the DS. Find it used if you can. Amazon DAC/amp to go with the AKG K70x series.

How does the E10  E9perform? I have the K701 and i am also looking for an amp+dac, currently considering E7+E10 E9. Does the E7 significantly improve the sound quality of the e1  E9? I confused the E9 with the E10, my bad :)

I haven't tried the e7. I do have the e10 and the e11. e11 connected to the headphone out on my iMac sounds much better in terms of clarity and soundstage than using both as a DAC/amp combo or just the e10. Currently I listen with my Shure SRH-940 but will receive a pair of Q701 shortly. A local shop nearby where I live recommended Musical Fidelity M1 DAC with a Musical Fidelity M1 HPA amp to go with the Q701. But its serious money. Around 10 000SEK for the combo. I believe thats about nearly 1400USD.
