Bone conduction headphones?

does ANYBODY know anything about these?

 

I'm looking into buying a pair and I want to know what brands to look to, what the sound quality is, and what some of its negatives are

I tried these while I was in Japan a couple years ago and they were pretty horrible. You can hear the sound but I would never use them for music. They may have improved since then though.
