Somewhat budget recommendations for a high-end CIEM owner

So, I'm contemplating whether I should get my first "home" amplifier or not. I currently own the JH16 and have the Heir Audio 8.A incoming.

I'm looking for something to drive these and nothing else. I do not own nor do I intend to own any demanding fullsize cans in the near future. My budget is around 600$, but I could probably stretch this if need be.

Currently I own the Pico Slim and have tried a few FiiOs as well as the Arrow which I've been borrowing from mates, but I feel I'd rather go unamped while on the go and have a simple, ultra portable setup if this means I could get a better setup for when I'm at home in front of my computer.

What amplifiers ought I look into? Any (proper) suggestion is welcome, as I must admit I don't know much about "full-size" headphone amps.

A built-in DAC is not a must, as I feel my soundcard is doing fine for the time being. And once I feel the need to get a better DAC, I will probably be getting a standalone that could also benefit my speakers.

Thanks in advance.
