All I can find online is info about upgrading the cord on the K340s to Oxygen free copper cords, and they say my stock cord is "lamp cord"....My question is, what is so called lamp cord made from? Is it copper? I read online some years ago that the K340s have steel in the stock cord and not even copper? is that right, or is it copper? What is in my stock K340s cord? I bought them in November 1986 if that helps the time period in case the cords materials changed during their production period.
