I'm brand new to this website so please don't be to hard on me if I'm posting in the wrong area!

 

I've inherited a set of Technics stereo headphones from my in-laws but can't find any information on the internet about them.

 

On the muffs it says, "Technics Stereo Headphones/EAH-X 80/Digital ready". 

 

On the headband it says, "Technics Digital Monitor".

 

They seem to have a decent high end and ok low end.

 

If anyone has any information on them please reply.  ie.  quality?, age?, what they might go for in price?

 

The price doesn't really matter, they have a really long chord which is great when I'm recording music so I'll probably just hang on to them.
