MP3 player output impedance and multi-armature headphones

mp3 players with high output impedance, how much does it affect the sound in multi-armature  headphones?

I would like to buy Apple in-ear multi armature (woofer+tweeter) , headphones, but read the sound can be distorted and not as good as in low impedance mp3 players

I have sony NWZ-454 walkman

read up en.goldenears.net and also google nwavguy and read what they have to say about output impedance and multi ba headphones.

 

they explain it perfectly and better than most.
