Looking for something to replace Sennheiser HD-280 Pro with on-ear headphones $200 max

So I have been using a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pro headphones for about 2 years now and they have always been bothering me cause they put pressure on my glasses but it wasn't to bad until just recently as I got a new pair of glasses which make these headphones be even more annoying.

So I am looking for a pair of headphones which will be less annoying. My thoughts have been around a pair of on-ear headphones and the current ones I am considering are the Sennheiser HD 25-1 II which seem to be very well regarded. For now I'm using my Grado i80's but these are open air and I really need a pair of closed headphones for work. Thanks!

My knowledge on closed headphones is limited but I do know that those Sennheiser 25's will be even more clampy than the HD280 pro.

I read that in some reviews but part of the issue is how far forward the cup of the phone is clamping so I am curious if others notice less annoyance from on ear or if therer was another good option. Thanks
