I am having some issues with my HM-601. It will only turn on at all and play if it is plugged into a power source such as a wall socket or the computer. Whenever I unplug the player from the power source the player goes dead and is unable to be turned back on until it is plugged back in.
I assume this is because the battery is dead, but I have probably not even used it that much in the year I had it.
What can I do? Warranty is expired on it.
Any help would be appreciated. To clarify the player works perfectly fine if it is plugged into a power source or computer.
