I purchased a portable amp a few days ago and received a PayPal receipt immediately but havent received any system email at all from iBasso yet. N o matter so I emailed them just to confirm my order and havent heard back yet.
Have searched some threads and there are instances where they havent responded immdiately and for the most part there are rave reviews on their communications.
Is this normal for them? Would have thought there be a minimum a system email just to confirm they received my order and that it may take a while to fill.
