Best closed headphones I had heard - very flat response, almost no midrange distortion, very easy to drive (good for portable), good soundstage (definately better than K240), good isolation, but...

Overall excellent buds, very good sound quality, especially for their price, the medium set of tips fits exactly in my ears and provides a near perfect seal. Bass is very detailed, but not...

I'll keep this very short. They are very smooth sounding. Treble toned down so not so good for rock but have a magic about them that makes them better than mark 2. I use them with a '89/'90...

First, I should note that I auditioned these both straight out of the box, without any break-in time and then later after 53 hours of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite...

I'm not sure you can. It looks like there is only one analog line in. You could look for a separate USB line in for the mic, depending on what you are trying to do.
edit: I see on the specs:
Analog Input Jack:
3.50mm mini jack *1 (Shared by Line-In/Mic-In)
Other line-level analog input (for CD-IN/TV Tuner):
Supports 44.1K/48K/96K/192KHz @16/24bit with very low latency
I suppose you could try the second line-level input for the amp. Though I'm not sure why there are speccing it with digital rates, if it is truly a line level analog in...and looking at images of the card itself, frankly, I don't understand what they hell they were doing.
I'd get a different sound card, or an off-board solution.
