im trying to find a good amp for my headphones which are 32 ohms. anyone have any suggestions? would the fiio e11 be good?

I'm not sure a generalisation like that will help you very much. I.e. it's not just the impedance, but which headphone you're amping.

Have you tried searching the forums for your particular headphone?

Recent DIY designs such as the O2 and the Wire are worth a look.  Otherwise, get a buffered amp.

Like I said, have you tried searching to see if this has already been answered?

I also notice you've actually asked this question 2 weeks ago.
