Audio Tech Ws55 vs Denon ahd1001/CAL

Hey guy im new to this forum. I looking to buy my first near audiophile quality pair of cans. Im looking for

 

punchy controlled bass

Comfort

Over the ear closed cans

Unamped

Decent looking

 

Im debating between these 2 choices. So basically, ignoring price, which is better?

 

I know there are plenty of alternatives but i've kinda narrowed it down to these 2 for personal reasons. 

Also, i would like to know how the CAL/ahd1001 compares with the m50
