Help me find some headphones based on these specifications?

I've always been a picky person. No matter what it is, I want the best, and ONLY the best, but I also want certain features. This is no different for headphones. I have a great pair of headphones for when I'm at home, but I need a good on-the-go pair for class, and also just walking around the city. I have a few minor specifications that these headphones need to fit:

- The bass needs to be bumpin', but not so much that it muffles the rest of the song.

- The headphones need to be able to rest around my neck while I'm in class. I'm not too fond of swiveling ear cups, though.

- As the last specification will lead you to think, I'd like good ON-EAR phones, with a nice foam, noise-isolating cushion on the cups.

- The cord MUST be removable. I hate when cords just hang off my headphones, and I can't remove them.

- If possible, a 40mm driver would be nice to have in my headphones.

- Stylish. I really like the style of the Beats by Dre, but the sound to me sucks. I'd love a stylish pair of GOOD headphones.

They don't have to fit ALL of these specifications, but I'd like it if they fit most of them. Thanks in advanced, guys 'n gals! By the way, HI! :D I'm new.

For headphones go with the V-Moda V80 / M80.  They are identical sonically, just some styling differences.  They are on-ear, seal pretty well, have a removable cord, built like a tank, have a swank case, sound amazing, and the ear piece covers on the M80 can be customized with your own personal logo.

Price $200 + $50 for customization

If in-ear is a possibility go with a pair of Brainwavz M2 and pick up some T-400 Comply foam tips.  These sound awesome for the price, are built really well for IEMs, and are comfortable.

I am actually looking into getting some GREAT sound-isolating IEM's for on-stage performances with my band. I play drums, so hearing my click track is essential. I've been using Ink'd from Skullcandy, and loved them, but I've gone through 3 pairs because one side always blows out. I love the punch they have, though. They make my click tracks, which are actually bass drum beats instead of clicks, pound the beat into my head. Any suggestions for IEM's that'll help me with that?

The Brainwavz M2 I suggested in my original reply will blow away your Ink's earphones.  The great thing about the M2 is the sound for the price.  I found several pairs new for $65 which is awesome.  Pick a pair up and give them a try.  I just know you will love them as much as I do.
