Returning Monster Turbine PRO Gold Qs

Thread Starter

My MTPG recently started to suffer from a harsh crackling in the right bud, I contacted Monster via web chat and after sending my reciept through email and giving some info they gave me the address that I should send the earphones to. They "recommend" using ups or fedex for tracking services..

Now here is my question, what should I send it in (since they don't specify) box or envelope? What should i use, fedex or ups, or even usps?

since i bought from amazon, would I be able to return to amazon instead? Is there a difference? I know many people here have had to return their turbines and I would like to have some imput on what steps they did to return it.

Also how much did you guys end up paying?

Thank you in advance!

I would use USPS and do signature confirmation so you both have a tracking number ( side of the signature confirmation receipt ) and rest assured that your ear phones made it.

I would package them neatly into a box and use some packing material to gently surround the ear phones.

There is a possibility that they are fakes and Monster will let you know if this is the case.  Amazon has sold fakes in the past from unauthorized dealers so you may end up with your pair again.
