I've had this pair of EX1000 for 7 months. They're in absolutely perfect condition, practically as new except for the well-known fact that the white lettering has faded a little (see 4th photo). The white lettering fading has been experienced & reported by all EX1000 owners who have had their sets for over a month). My EX1000s have been used exclusively at home. They are made in Japan and have been acoustically adjusted by hand.
Unlike the EX1000 model sold in the USA, which comes with the thinner, cheaper and lower quality EX600 cable, the EX1000 I'm selling comes with the original EX1000 cable sold only in Europe & Asia (see 8th & 9th photos comparing both cables, the original EX1000 cable on the left & top respectively).
I'm only selling these Sonys because I've purchased a much more expensive phone and can't afford to keep them along with the EX1000 and my customs. Those who know me well will know how much I've praised the EX1000s, putting them on par sonically with my until then all-time best sounding IEM, my $850 custom Westone ES3X.
All packaging and accessories included. When not in use, my EX1000s have always been kept in a large air-tight Pelican case (much bigger than the original Sony leather case), so I never actually got to use the original Sony case.
