There are alot of HE500 threads floating around. This is a great review, but I think the discussion on the HE500 is located elsewhere.

 

Add some amp impression, and maybe it will fire up again wink_face.gif

 

 

Btw, have you checked out the audio gd NFB-10SE? 499usd for balanced dac/amp, which people here really seems to enjoy.

 

I have both the HE500 (with black dragon v2, with 4-pin termination) and NFB-10SE on the way, and I hope this will be a good combo beyersmile.png

God Bless you, Thor, where ever you are, hopefully fish heaven...  Also, thats the stock HE500 wire and I really hated the HE500+EF5 Combo.
