DAC Around $100 (Details inside)

Hello,

 

I am looking to purchase my first DAC and I have $100 for AMAZON ONLY to spend on it (Can be adjusted about $10), so $110. What are the best options in that range? Also I have some plug and play speakers for my computer. Can you plug the aux cord from those into the DAC as well.

 

I have looked at the Udac2 and Fiio E7 thus far and I like the portability of the E7.

do you only need to hook it up to your computer? or to your iDevice as well? if only to computer, then fiio e10 seems the best buy, if to idevice too, then fiio e7

 

howver to be honest although I don't think anything is better than these twos in their price range, I still recommend you save up and get better ones. I have the e10 and it only impressed me for a very short time

I am looking to eventually get a Schiit Asgard as a amp. I think I will go with the E7 :).
