Haven't had any issues either, except for one pair that was sent to me by a seller who claimed they were in perfect shape but were cracked when I got them. Went back and blew up a photo of the cans when he had them and yep, there was the crack. So that was on him, not Audeze. 

 

Given that they're a small company hand-making these high end, almost craft pieces, I give them some leeway for some issues. However, as a high-end, high-price-point product the QC has to be rock-solid and changes (e.g. the new yolk material) need to be tested to the nth degree, an in real-world situations (e.g. including shipping).

 

I'll be asking Audeze about this when I see them at CanJam here in a few weeks, but agree they should post something here.
