Where is your sense of overkill, hm?

Oh my balanced B22 has 2 O22s... but I'm not going suggest it made a lick of a difference :P

Overkill is the way to go. Well if I went with two boards I could just add in another two and another O22 later and everything should be peachy

.  From the speaker posts how many watts per channel are you getting?

Mingus Big Band -> Blues & Politics -> Goodbye Pork Pie Hat + Bryston BHA-1 + LCD-3: outstanding, strong, beautifull. That's an appreciation :-)

You can get 18W if you have an O22 for every B22 board and large transformers... not worth it ;)

Below the 3.  Basically an all metal, studio monitor, LCD.

We won't know until we see the release version but the Jude version had LCD-2 pads and band for the Xc and LCD-2 pads/band for the X.

Phew....not that I didn't want...a better version to be out...but ...I just received mine :))

There's the closed-back version.

I doubt they'd be making a new flagship so soon.

well that mod said its the best hes heard from audeze basically. now whether thats true or not. i'm not sure, could just be promotion to stir up conversation, or maybe it really is the new audeze flagship and maybe its more linear and coherent than the LCD-3.

if its as good as they say it is, i might need to try one out with my GS-X

I'm looking forward to the reviews/impressions, but if I wanted a more neutral-ish sound - I'd rather go with the HE-6. I've always loved Audeze's house sound. I can't imagine them doing something that is more neutral. Price is a bit steep IMO, especially for the closed version. I think Dan's Alpha will be tough to beat...

See (at about 21 minutes)

LCD-X is in between the LCD-3 and LCD-2.  $1,699.

LCD-XC is a closed version $1,799.

I just got mine as well so we are on the same boat.  I got really nervous looking at the video with 2 new headphones on the table.
