OMG guize, u hear about da new LCD4?

Just kidding, I wonder where this "new headphone speculation" came from :/.

No, likely Audeze will release LCD-5 first, then LCD-4 a year later.

A little question, has anyone LCD-3  with the amplifier Audio GD NFB-6   I'm not sure if they will pair well, and just go for a amplifier upgrade for now and get the Master 8.

Since you own the NFB-6 already, give it a listen with the LCD3 and decide for yourself.

I live in Chile, I have no way to test them, either than buying them, so I'm cut between getting the amp or the phones first.

You mean test the LCD3s? It read like you decided to purchase the 3s and were just deciding whether to also buy a Master 8. I only have tested my 3s with the Audio-gd 11.32 and the home rig in my sig and in both cases the LCD3s sound amazing.

Usually, decide the phone first, then the amp, then dac, then cables.

has anyone ever noticed on their pair a slight pull to the right channel? if you think of the soundfield as an inverted U, to me it sometimes leans to the right. for instance in a lot of songs, the bass line or the vocals will be ever so slighly shifted to the right. i rarely ever feel as though i'm getting a dead center image. i'm not sure if this is a channel imbalance because it doesnt seem to have anything to do with volume, it has to with the sound placement. if i put my lcd-3 on backwards i get a similar effect but to the left. i just started noticing this about a month or two ago. its very subtle but i think about it a lot as i'm listening and is annoying me. i was just wondering if any of you had comments about this. thanks

Centre image is by definition a function of channel balance.  And yes LCD cans have had imbalance in the past.  I had a pair that were 2dB of out balance, pulling everything to the left.

interesting thanks. could a pair develop an imbalance over time? i really didnt notice anything of the sort for the first couple months i had them. do you think it would be worth sending them in for a check-up?

could just go to radioshack and pick up a db meter and check it yourself. might save a trip cross country for your hps

how do those work exactly? it looks like a little microphone at the end, do u just put it inside the ear cup?

Outside resting on the grill is most consistent.  Don't even need to pull the cable from the other side.  Just set the volume so pink noise is 80dB on one side, then measure the other.
