Need advice: mini-toslink to toslink and rca interconnect

Sooo I've been looking around and I need about a 3 meter toslink mini to toslink cable.  I was wondering how big of a difference there are in toslinks.  Also I need a pretty long cable since this will be coming from my desktop sound card which is crammed up against the wall, from there to the bookshelf my rig sits on so I need reasonable length.  I'm not looking to spend a whole lot.  

 

I'm also looking for some good value RCA interconnects probably around the 25-50 dollar range if anyone wants to advise me. Thanks :)

I've had great success using monoprice cables..........well-built and VERY inexpensive. Their RCA interconnects are beefy and well constructed. 

Check 'em out. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. :-)
