Just confirming what others have said, overstock is a reputable dealer.

We bought a TV from them this year for my mom for xmas. I have never really looked at them as being awesome on prices. The Tv on the other hand was a good deal since we didnt have sales tax and shipping was $1.

As long they are a trsuted seller (as by other posters it seems to be) then the IEM's are a cheap pair to buy - simply due to the fact that there are no fakes around which is always a plus with IEM's.

More so, the company, should offer you a 1 yr warranty...thus meaning you'll never have to go through westone anyway.

Just wanted to say overstock is rated the worst http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/12/28/gap-overstock-customer-service-worst_n_1173042.html

Westone specifically says they are not authorized. I personally wouldn't be comfortable with it. Just something to consider.
