I have an iPod 5.5G (80GB) model. The face has a slight crack to the left of the screen (no problems with screen itself). The click wheel is starting to act up a little. The HDD though, has given me errors on and off when formatted under Windows. Under Mac format, it hasn't indicated a problem with the HDD. Is it worth sending in for repair? I do like having 80GB versus a $400 64GB iPod (I do have a 64GB iPad 2 though). What are your thoughts? I currently also use a Sandisk 4GB Clip Zip, but would like something a little better sounding and more robust.
