How does it compares with soundmagic e30 which comes at a similar price range.

100% it's a fake. It's impossible to get it, new or used, at that price

Even that picture you posted is that of fakes.... avoid ebay for Monster products

For $32 you'll get good sound, but the quality of the product and sound is up to you...

I also believe these are fake. But maybe the fake ones can sound pretty good too for $32.
